I designed a Center of Excellence roadmap connecting data-science skills with defined roles, career paths, and coordination across a large federal agency.

I authored and helped implement Bethlehem's recurring public review of economic development incentives, giving council and residents a consistent way to examine results.

My role: Legislative author and committee chair
Result: Nine programs brought into a public review process that continues beyond my council term.
